Leaders at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH, were surprised to discover how many leaders of start-up businesses were being attracted to their church. This led to a series of informal gatherings for people involved with these start-up communities. These went so well that the church is now hosting a national conference for people in the start-up world who need inspiration and encouragement.
“We should be influencing these leaders,” says Brian Tome, founding pastor of Crossroads. “They are an untapped resource for Kingdom potential.”
